Shipping policy

We do our very best to send out your orders as soon as possible. Dice orders are typically sent out within 3 working days with Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping in the UK, unless a postage upgrade was purchased. International orders are sent with Royal Mail International Standard, unless a postage upgrade was purchased.

Dice tray orders may require a longer waiting time of 5 working days if the specification of tray purchased is not currently in stock and requires manufacturing. Dice trays are typically sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard domestically, with Tracked International for foreign orders.

Royal Mail's standards for delivery are within 10 working days for the UK, and 20-25 days internationally. If your order has not arrived once these times have been exceeded, please contact us at support@rollwithitgb.com with your order details so that we can report the parcel missing as soon as possible.
